To start with, I’m not sure if I have the right to be called a gardener, because honestly, I think I am just replanting store bought plants.
I do try my best to take care of them but most of them I think just gave up on me and die.
When I first came here to the UK, every time I buy some plants and have those plants be dead on my care, I always give myself a reason that it must be the weather or it was just not the right season to grow those plants or maybe I just chose the wrong plant to grow.
I always give these numerous reason, but eventually I have settled with myself that the reason for those plants to die was because I just don’t know how to take care of them.
But despite that, I still tried and tried. Eventhough sometimes it seems just like it is a waste of money. In fact doing that cycle made me into a collector of pots and gardening materials instead. Funny right? But I think others who loves plants who also struggle with growing them can relate to me as well.
There’s just a saying that goes…
Your love for plants does not guarantee that plants will love you back.
I think this is mostly true on my part. But still, I will continue and try my best to learn how to grow my favorite plants. Hoping that someday they will be able to live a long life.
On that note, for someone who will be able to read this who are good at growing plants, please give me some advice?
I really need them because I have tried…

This is my camelia plant, it has been with me for I think 3 months now. It has already bloomed and grown some new stem.
But before writing this blog today, I have checked on it 2 days ago and I noticed that some of the leaves are dying.
I tried doing some research and found out that it might be caused by some ?infection and according to that I need to spray it with some fungicide which I did do. But seeing it today, I think it was still getting worse.
I am getting myself ready that soon, I will have another dead plant.
But still hoping for the best… will update soon…
